How it works
Optional reservations, marketing, loyalty, staff time, inventory, POS, finance, printers, watches, pickup displays, marketplace connections, multi-site management and websites can extend the base package.
The configurator selects the cheapest compatible base package. Inventory includes recipe costing and purchasing, so selecting those together must not add them twice. Display and provider quantities have their own pricing units.
A practical example
Choose Table and Reservations: the planned total is €308 per month or €3,080 prepaid for twelve months. Select Inventory together with Recipe costing and Purchasing: the latter two are included, with no additional fee. The calculator below updates immediately.
Scope and readiness
Rates remain in EUR on English pages; they are not converted to USD. Hardware, external payment fees, local fiscal services, usage-dependent providers and custom integration work are separate. No IQ Order revenue share is currently planned.
IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.
Your monthly or annual estimate
Select a starting package and optional modules. If an add-on requires a broader base package, the estimate shows the cheapest compatible package. Inventory absorbs the separate recipe-costing and purchasing charges. This is a planning tool; it does not book or activate anything.
Planned add-on rates and units
Net EUR per month unless stated otherwise; not bookable. Annual prepayment is ten monthly fees for twelve months. Remote onboarding is planned at €399 once; self-service has no additional setup fee. No own revenue-share fee is currently planned.

Planned base packages start at €49 Menu, €99 Service, €179 Table, €229 Delivery and €349 Complete per venue per month, net of applicable tax. These are planning rates, not bookable offers. Annual prepayment covers twelve months for ten monthly fees.
