IQ ORDER · Restaurant reports and tip allocation

Make turnover, preparation and tips understandable.

Prepare summaries of orders, sales, preparation times and stock alongside configurable tip allocation. Decide whether tips belong to the serving staff member, a team or a documented split between service and kitchen.

    2026-10-31 · Scope and readiness

    How it works

Configure suggested percentages and a custom amount rather than forcing a single tip. Keep the guest’s decision visible and the allocation rule recorded with the relevant transaction.

Distinguish test payments, refunds, employee consumption, discounts and external provider fees in reports. A sales total is not automatically the amount paid out by a payment provider.

    A practical example

A venue allocates tips between service and kitchen using a selected ratio. The report shows the inputs and distribution, while an authorized correction remains traceable.

    Scope and readiness

Tax, payroll and accounting treatment need local validation. Operational pilot reports are not a certified accounting ledger or a promise of automatic payroll integration.

IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.

From the first menu to a connected visit

    1. Select your menus, service areas, ordering channels and staff roles.
    2. Run a complete visit using fictional guests and clearly labeled test payments.
    3. Validate the selected country, providers and physical devices before production.
