How it works
Keep employee identity, contracts and records away from public menu, delivery and guest search. Role-specific access and a change trail matter more than a shared folder exposed to every team member.
Plan staff-time summaries and exports as a defined module. Tip allocation can refer to service staff or team rules, but it should not silently replace a payroll calculation.
A practical example
A supervisor reviews a missed clock-out and records a correction. Another staff member can order an approved meal without mixing it into guest sales.
Scope and readiness
This is a local workforce pilot. Production payroll, employment-law compliance and automatic synchronization of IQON FLOW personnel files are not claimed. Retention and access rules require operator review.
IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.
From the first menu to a connected visit
- Select your menus, service areas, ordering channels and staff roles.
- Run a complete visit using fictional guests and clearly labeled test payments.
- Validate the selected country, providers and physical devices before production.
Questions before your pilot
What should I know about Staff time tracking and private employee records?
Prepare clock-in and clock-out, breaks, corrections, approvals and staff documentation in a private workforce area. Separate employee consumption from guest revenue, with configurable free meals, discounts or a staff account.
