How it works
Import a link, QR destination or menu photo into a reviewable draft. Review detected dishes, photos, categories, sizes, sides and surcharges before accepting it. Missing pictures and uncertain matches must remain visible; use the crop-and-assign editor when needed.
Define required or optional option groups, single or multiple choices, paid extras and a central switch for written requests. Keep printed prices and the ordering menu aligned. Add ordering and Wi-Fi QR codes to a print layout.
A practical example
A lunch menu ends at 2 p.m. New orders then use the next available menu. Previously submitted items retain their recorded price.
Scope and readiness
Restaurant-owned translations, allergens, taxes and imported content require review. Photo matching is not a guarantee; never publish an unchecked allergen translation.
IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.
Before your first guest
- Order a dish with a required size and a paid extra.
- Correct a missing or mismatched image in the preview.
- Check the lunch changeover and printed prices separately.
From the first menu to a connected visit
- Select your menus, service areas, ordering channels and staff roles.
- Run a complete visit using fictional guests and clearly labeled test payments.
- Validate the selected country, providers and physical devices before production.
Questions before your pilot
What should I know about Digital and printable restaurant menus?
Create several menus with categories, subcategories, photos and prices. Start from ten layouts or save a named design for reuse. Lunch, evening and event menus can follow dates and hours; check the ordering time separately from a future delivery slot.
What is the scope and what still needs validation?
Restaurant-owned translations, allergens, taxes and imported content require review. Photo matching is not a guarantee; never publish an unchecked allergen translation.
When is an imported menu ready for guests?
Only after its contents have been reviewed. Check every dish, base price, surcharge, required choice, photo and the menu for each area and ordering time. You may deliberately accept a missing photo; do not publish an unchecked price or allergen statement.
