IQ ORDER · Counter ordering and pickup screens

Order on your phone, collect with a clear number.

Offer counter ordering without requiring a cashier for each order. After a test checkout, the guest receives an order number and can follow preparation and pickup. Staff mark the order ready on their screen.

    How it works

Assign a fixed pickup place when completing preparation. A public monitor or small display can show the order number and pickup location without publishing the guest’s name, receipt or private collection credential.

Offer phone notifications or a guest pager as alternatives. The guest can still watch the order page if notification permission is declined. A physical pager gateway remains a separate connection.

    A practical example

Order A-024 is prepared, assigned to Pickup 1 and called. The guest collects it, and the team records collection so the place can be reused.

    Scope and readiness

In the current iPhone web-push pilot, installation on the Home Screen is required; it is not merely a test inconvenience. Device delivery and physical pager behavior need separate validation.

IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.

From the first menu to a connected visit

    1. Select your menus, service areas, ordering channels and staff roles.
    2. Run a complete visit using fictional guests and clearly labeled test payments.
    3. Validate the selected country, providers and physical devices before production.
