IQ ORDER · Restaurant operations and multi-site controls

Keep restaurant accounts, roles and tasks organized.

Separate tenants, venues and staff roles. A kitchen login, driver access and restaurant administration should each expose the data needed for that role. Keep an auditable setup and testing record.

    2026-10-31 · Scope and readiness

    How it works

Coordinate tables, areas, menus, orders and operational settings. Prepare printer queues and controlled reprints with visible device or paper problems instead of treating every print request as delivered.

Multi-site planning separates a central management module from each venue’s base package. Integrations, workforce and financial exports need their own defined access and release scope.

    A practical example

A driver sees assigned deliveries while the kitchen sees preparation tasks. Neither role should automatically gain access to private staff records or restaurant-wide administration.

    Scope and readiness

Do not infer production security or legal approval from a demo. Tenant boundaries, backups, restoration, roles and provider credentials must be checked for the actual deployed environment.

IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.

From the first menu to a connected visit

    1. Select your menus, service areas, ordering channels and staff roles.
    2. Run a complete visit using fictional guests and clearly labeled test payments.
    3. Validate the selected country, providers and physical devices before production.
