How it works
Upload a floor-plan image or PDF for internal placement, or start from an arranged template. Assign actual tables graphically and show free, open and reserved states with labels as well as colors.
Keep reservation availability separate from a live table visit. A reserved table is not automatically an order session, and a moved party must not lose its bill when changing areas.
A practical example
A restaurant offers ninety-minute bookings for a terrace section while keeping a group area for staff assignment. A reservation appears yellow before the party arrives.

Check concurrency, time zones, closures, cancellation handling and guest-visible information in a venue pilot. A draft floor plan is not proof that every uploaded file is accessible or suitable for publication.
IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.
Before your first guest
- Clearly distinguish a request, a confirmed reservation and a waiting-list entry.
- Check two overlapping requests for the same table and a closed day.
- Assign the table on arrival and open the shared ordering session separately.
From the first menu to a connected visit
- Select your menus, service areas, ordering channels and staff roles.
- Run a complete visit using fictional guests and clearly labeled test payments.
- Validate the selected country, providers and physical devices before production.

Does a reservation request already guarantee a table?
That depends on the booking method the restaurant enables. In request mode, the team checks the party size, time and occupancy duration before confirming a suitable table. A waiting list is not a confirmation. Public table selection only shows the approved floor plan. The shared ordering session starts as a separate process when guests arrive; a reservation alone does not open it.
