    IQ ORDER FOR HOTELS

From check-in to the last request.

A digital guest card brings room ordering, spa services and the route to parking together. Guests discover relevant extras at their own pace while the hotel team follows each request and appointment.

A guest card tied to the stay

Reception sets the guest, room, check-in and check-out. A personal link works only during that period and can be revoked immediately. A room number alone grants no ordering access.

    Spa services within easy reach

The hotel sets treatments, prices, duration, appointments and capacity. Guests choose an available slot. Concurrent bookings check the same availability; cancellation releases the place.

    Arrive with IQ Vallet

The linked IQ Vallet pilot adds valet and self-parking, vehicle requests and optional washing, charging or refuelling services. Parking access remains separately protected.

Make great service easier to discover.

Breakfast, room dining and spa treatments can become easier to find at the right moment. Clear prices and order updates help the team respond with fewer follow-up questions. These are opportunities for additional sales, without a promised revenue increase or satisfaction score.

    1. Reception issues a guest card with a defined validity period.
    2. The guest opens a personal link without an app or ChatGPT account.
    3. Room orders or spa appointments are confirmed at the displayed price.
    4. The hotel handles requests in its hotel service workspace.
    5. Service access expires automatically at check-out.

New hotel pilot: timed guest cards, room orders, spa capacity and status handling are prepared as test features. Test payments only; no hotel folio is charged. Automatic PMS sync, live hotel billing and a shared IQ Vallet login require separate connections. Hotel descriptions and offers need review before guest use.

    How it works

Move a party or combine tables while preserving the visit and its existing order records. Distinct areas may offer different items; a later menu change must not silently rewrite accepted orders.

Prepare a powerbank rental through IQ Charge with a configurable tariff and optional deposit. A delivery task can notify service after the intended payment workflow completes.

    A practical example

Guests move from lunch at the restaurant to the pool and later reorder drinks from their history. The team can continue the visit while using the pool menu for new items.

    Scope and readiness

Hotel property-management systems, room charging, real IQ Charge rental transactions and watch delivery need separate connections. No automatic hotel-account integration is implied.

IQ Order is in pilot development. Test payments do not move money. Live payment, tax and POS connections, mail services and physical devices need their own provider access and acceptance. Public marketing pages do not grant access to administration.

    Before your first guest

    • Test the start time, departure and early revocation with fictional stays.
    • Try a room order and a spa request on two independent phones.
    • Explain the separate parking-service access and test payments before inviting guests.

From the first menu to a connected visit

    1. Select your menus, service areas, ordering channels and staff roles.
    2. Run a complete visit using fictional guests and clearly labeled test payments.
    3. Validate the selected country, providers and physical devices before production.

    Questions before your pilot

What should I know about Hotel guest services & spa?

A digital guest card brings room ordering, spa services and the route to parking together. Guests discover relevant extras at their own pace while the hotel team follows each request and appointment.

What is the scope and what still needs validation?

Hotel property-management systems, room charging, real IQ Charge rental transactions and watch delivery need separate connections. No automatic hotel-account integration is implied.

What happens to the digital room card at check-out?

The room card is a time-limited access link for hotel services, not a door key. The venue sets the stay and can revoke the card early. An expired or revoked link must no longer accept new service orders. Room orders, spa requests and the separate IQ Vallet parking service are connected according to the agreed scope; this does not promise automatic PMS billing.
